Refunds

Refunds are available for products purchased directly from our store within seven days from the date of purchase. Please note that refunds are not applicable for products that have been downloaded or accessed, or products that have been partially or fully consumed.

Kindly provide your order details, including the order number, and specify the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within one business day.

Refunds may be approved in cases where there are technical issues preventing access to the product, significant defects or errors that render the product unusable, or failure to deliver the product within a reasonable timeframe.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow three business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
